My husband and I love photography! We enjoy going places, just the two of us, and just start taking pictures. We’ll bring our trusty Canon A40 and our Canon Rebel XTI and we’d be good to go. We’ll swap the two cameras between the two of us and get lost in the world. At the end of the day, we’d feel accomplished. Not just because of the shots we take but also because we have the whole day for just the two of us.

I have to admit, hubbie has a better eye when it comes to compositions. He finds angles that I rarely see. But he always says I take better portrait photographs. Well, I just try

There’s a high I get when I’m in any place and have nothing on my mind except taking pictures. I see a subject and really get into it. But don’t get me wrong, I don’t always come up with very good compositions. But I think that’s where the ultimate high comes from - that one shot that would make you say “Hey, this isn’t so bad!” No matter if you’d taken a hundred photos before you got to that one good one. It still was worth the whole afternoon for me.

We’ve taken a lot of pictures already for the past two years. And I’m really counting on us taking so many more in the years to come. And hopefully our photographs would get better and better - just like wine… just like a good marriage.
